Thanks To Our 2022 Celebrating Stroke Survivors Sponsors

The Third Annual Premier Health Celebrating Stroke Survivors dinner event will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022.

The purpose of this invitation-only event is to celebrate our health system’s stroke survivors and reconnect them with their caregivers and first responders. During the program, physicians will present each survivor’s case as further education on stroke signs, symptoms, and treatment options.

Funds raised through this event will also be utilized for enhancing the high quality care for our stroke patients through clinical staff education, recognition and training.

Attendees will include physicians, nurses, EMS personnel and other first responders, survivors, family members, other caregivers, and Premier Health executives.
