Premier Health Celebrating Stroke Survivors 2025 Sponsors
The Sixth Annual Premier Health Celebrating Stroke Survivors dinner event will be held Wednesday, Oct. 16, 2025, at Sinclair College’s Charity Earley Auditorium at the David H. Ponitz Center.
The purpose of this invitation-only event is to celebrate our health system’s stroke survivors and reconnect them with their caregivers and first responders. During the program, physicians will present each survivor’s case as further education on stroke signs, symptoms, and treatment options.
Funds raised through this event will also be utilized for enhancing the high quality care for our stroke patients through clinical staff education, recognition and training.
Attendees will include physicians, nurses, EMS personnel and other first responders, survivors, family members, other caregivers, and Premier Health executives.
