Premier Health 2019 Tornado Emergency Relief
This assistance is to help those Premier Health employees who faced an unexpected and extreme catastrophic situation directly because of the 2019 Memorial Day tornadoes which have devastated much of our community. Essential expenses will be considered, such as utilities, house payments, food, clothing, transportation to work, deposits for housing, etc.
If you apply for the Tornado Emergency Relief assistance, the following criteria applies:
- You must be an employee of Premier Health to apply.
- The request for assistance must involve an employee who has been directly impacted by the tornadoes.
- Checks for bills will be made payable to creditors.
- Non-essential bills such as mobile phones or cable TV will not be considered.
Your application will be confidentially reviewed. Applying for this grant does not guarantee you will receive financial support, however, it is our goal to help those employees who qualify for assistance.
