Your contribution has an important impact on our fellow employees!
Your department may have received a Department Grant. You may know a co-worker who benefited from the Catastrophic Fund. Your child may have been a scholarship recipient. All of these programs are available to employees of MVH and its affiliates thanks to your generous donations to the Premier Health Employee Giving Campaign! All gifts, regardless of amount, are very much appreciated. The Premier Health Employee Giving Campaign takes place from May through mid-June, however donations are accepted throughout the year. We celebrate and thank our donors at the annual employee picnic held each summer.
Employee Giving Campaign MEMBER
- By pledging at just $4.00 or more per pay period, you become a Member of the Employee Giving Campaign. You will receive a Member Level thank you gift for your contribution.
Employee Giving Campaign LEADER
- By contributing $20 or more per pay period, you become a Leader in the Employee Giving Campaign. You will receive a Member Level and Leader Level thank you gift for your contribution
Completed hard-copy enrollment forms may be dropped off during regular business hours at the Miami Valley Hospital Foundation offices on the first floor of the Main Building across from elevator B or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
