Mueller Youth Scholarship Application

The deadline has been extended to April 17, 2020

Please note: Your application will not submit if you do not include the required fields.
Upon submission you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this confirmation to verify your submission. If you do not receive an email confirmation, your application submission failed. It is your responsibility to resubmit or contact the Foundation before the due date at 937-208-2700, or you will be disqualified.  The essay questions change each year. If you submit the same essay you submitted last year, you will be disqualified.
We require an acceptance letter for new high school graduates, or, for renewing applicants, a copy of your summer/fall 2020 class schedule. If you do not have these documents now because you are still working on your plans, you are required to return to our website and submit the appropriate document on the Mueller Youth Scholarship Final Document Upload page before 11:59 pm on May 24, 2020. Again, please look for the confirmation email. If you do not receive one, please contact the MVH Foundation office. This information is a requirement of the scholarship. Missing documents will disqualify your application.
