Mueller Society Giving Levels
Your contribution has an important impact on our co-workers!
Your department may have received a Department Grant. You may know a co-worker who benefited from the catastrophic fund. Your child may have been a scholarship recipient. All of these programs are available to employees of MVH and its affiliates thanks to your generous donations to the Mueller Society!
Mueller Society 2009 Membership Levels
Your participation - at any level - makes a difference when combined with gifts from other employees. Again this year there are two giving levels to participate in the campaign:
- Mueller Society MEMBER
By pledging at just $3.00 or more per pay period, you become a Member of the Mueller Society. As a Member, you’ll receive a tape measure and a chance for our exciting raffle prize drawings held throughout the campaign! You’ll also receive an invitation to attend the annual Mueller Society picnic at Benham’s Grove in July. With plenty of great food and fun for all ages, the picnic has become a favorite summertime event for hundreds of employees and their families! - Mueller Society LEADER
By contributing one hour of pay or more per month you become a Leader in the Mueller Society. As a Leader, you will receive a lunch container and tape measure. Leaders will also receive three chances for our exciting prize drawings and an invitation to the Mueller Society picnic at Benham’s Grove in July.
Recognition for Your Generosity
All employees contributing to the Mueller Society 2009 campaign will have their name listed on the special Mueller Society plaque in Rubicon Place and in Insight, the newsletter of Miami Valley Hospital Foundation.
How to Make a Contribution
Just complete the Mueller Society enrollment form. As mentioned earlier, you have two gift options for this annual campaign:
Option 1: LEADER Contribution:
The Mueller Society Employee Council encourages you to become a Leader by pledging one hour of pay per month or $20 per pay period. (Payroll deductions begin in September).
Option 2: MEMBER Contribution:
To be listed as a Mueller Society Member, a pledge of just $3.00 or more per pay period is requested.
Other Contributions:
- We welcome your annual pledge (as a payroll deduction) in any amount that is meaningful to you.
- One-time contributions (non-payroll deduct) of cash, check or credit card are also gratefully accepted.
Completed enrollment forms may be dropped off anytime in the Mueller Society box in Rubicon Place or at the Miami Valley Hospital Foundation offices in the first floor of the main building during regular business hours or emailed to mvhf@mvh.org.
Reminder: All contributions to the Mueller Society go directly to the beneficiary programs or to the area of greatest need fund. The MVH Foundation pays all expenses associated with the campaign.
